Should you wish to insure your package, please email us directly after placing your order and we can organise this at a small extra expense. We cannot take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. All our orders are packed with special care using heavy-duty padding and cardboard book-mailers or bubble mailers (for smaller books), using reinforcement where required. We do accept returns (for refund, exchange) for items received in error. No refunds can be made for pick-ups left un-collected.Īll sales are final.
Orders will be released back into stock if not collected within this time. Please collect any Pick-up orders within 3 weeks of ordering as we have limited storage space.
